Meet Our Intructors
Zoe
I’ve been teaching Pilates for five years now — and it truly is my world. What began as a passion has blossomed into something far greater than I ever imagined. Along the way, I’ve made some of my closest friends, cultivated a vibrant community of incredible women and men, and transformed my little studio into a sanctuary of wellness.
This journey has inspired me to deepen my understanding of holistic health, this year I started my degree in Naturopathic Medicine — a step toward learning how to truly nourish the body from within.
My mission is to share the power of movement and wellness, and to continue building a supportive, like-minded community where we uplift one another through life’s many chapters.
Jill
I’m a passionate advocate for health and well-being, with yoga at the heart of my journey for many years. My practice has been a steady companion through life’s many twists and turns, offering grounding, strength, and clarity.
With a professional background in health and social care, I came to teaching later in life — driven by a deep desire to share the transformative power of movement that has supported me for so long. I’m qualified in Vinyasa Flow, Yin, and Chair Yoga, and I bring this diverse training into every class I lead.
At Zoe’s, I’ve found a beautiful space to blend my experience and yogic roots in a fresh and uplifting environment. My classes offer something a little different — a strong yet soothing practice designed to stretch the body, calm the mind, and reconnect with the breath. I strive to create a safe, inclusive space where you can enjoy a moment of ‘me time,’ meet like-minded souls, and feel part of a nurturing community.
Alison
With over 33 years in the fitness industry, my journey began as an aerobics instructor and evolved through a wide range of disciplines — from step aerobics and gym instruction to personal training, yoga, and dance-based classes like Zumba and FitSteps.
I spent six enriching years teaching fitness in Greece and France before returning to Wiltshire, where a cancer diagnosis prompted me to reassess my path. After completing treatment, I chose to specialize in Pilates — a practice that aligned beautifully with the holistic lifestyle I’ve embraced since moving back up north seven years ago.
While the physical side of fitness has taken a gentler pace, my focus has shifted toward mental wellness, navigating the many layers of menopause, and supporting others through their own journeys. My approach now blends movement, mindfulness, and compassion — creating space for healing, strength, and self-discovery.
